Proof of Duane Thompson's reckless disregard for the facts using his own letter!

In the trial court Duane Thompson handed Judge Telleen a legal precedent and claimed it supported a "Directed Verdict" but in reality it was "Reversed and Remanded" for the exact same argument I based my complaint against Beverly Rusk on.

The letter below by Duane Thompson is further proof of how he can say one thing and provide the facts that are contradictory to what he has just stated.

When Duane Thompson sent this letter to the ARDC he added a "Brief and Argument" to it.  If you looked at the exhibit that was added to end of that "Brief and Argument" it contradicted Duane Thompson again.
